Fresh Market in Taiwan: You see what you get you get what you see.
No fillers or hidden ingredients or charges just fresh raw food. The sight and smell is quite a culture shock. You see more varieties of dead fish here than we ever knew existed in a tropical aquarium! We also ate varieties of seafood that were so unique that they had names like "Ox Horn Oyster" that the little coastal town (Dragon's Cave Villiage) was proud of being the only place where these guys even live. No such thing as an endangered species, just delicacies.
