Windy-Business is booming, house is cleaner on average and dinner is on the table on time most of the time. I am still playing in both a band and orchestra and love being able to work from home and take care of the house and kids.

Ben-This year has been hectic. I finally passed the Bar Exam and have started building a legal practice. I have been doing mostly estate planning, business formation and probate matters. These things always start out slow, but business is starting to look like it will become regular. Our family has been much too busy with all that and school, homework, Girl Scouts, Masons, holding regular church meetings and dinners at our home every Sunday, and still trying to fit in some kind of time off, dates, and a few vacations. We were blessed to see many beautiful sights and have many exciting outings this year, including camping at Arches NP. The greatest pleasure of all is seeing the kids grow, and visiting with family.

Elnorra- age 11, 6^th grade-I have had a fun year and I am growing up fast. I have done karate, I am very flexible and do gymnastics moves every chance I get. I love playing with my friends. I also love playing with our three adorable cats. I also love reading and doing art.

Cordelia-age 9, 4^th grade-Is a firecracker. She improved her behavior during last school year and was able to adopt a tabby kitten “Skippy” as a reward for improved behavior. She also is a great friend and has made 6 new friends this year.

Adelaide-age 6, 1^st grade-Was excited to take a summer Karate class and is enjoying first grade and loves her teacher who gives her extra love and support. She is a a happy and nice girl.

Gwendolyn-age 3– I had fun my karate class and I am in “talking pre-school” to learn how to say scoop instead of coop. I love friends and it’s hard to be home alone with mom all day and I always want to play with friends.
